I had most part of the time alternative schools in my life too: pestalozzi was already quite innovative, but later on i moved of city and started in a public school administrated by nones, Whohrrfsth!

any way both school were deeply controlative... i could hardly create space for my true creativity and there was so much non sense to do that when i got interested into one single topyc i could never get the process to follow. They just followed what they knew was right. Any way i never experienced any teacher that did look for any other alternative. I felt they were not ready to try something new. their system was easy...so i got space for my self by getting good grades and passing trugh, but was extremly boring and frustrating! as i could not really bring my self where i wanted...

later on teh experienc ein the university was the same...

i went to university, science, IT and engineering.. worst! burn out trainings! left brain, dry maths and science!

i had to spend more hours in to arts and social science courses and learning by myself than at the standard university track...

I went after two years university to a service of the university, like for testing my potential skills and identifying a new study professional track, well after one year of interviews, assistance and test the result was: you can do what ever you want, business and arts.... i combination taht was tottally uncommon for them, but i did understood what that combination did mean :) becouse i was aware since a child of the qualitie sof my true creativity...

but where to explore it...welll...something happened:)
i went to a waldorf pedagogy training ... yes, while i was at university! it started slowly and later on completed about two years training into waldorf, i mean R.Steiner pedagogy for waldorf and christopherus children, christopherus pedagogic was for special children... the seminar was done on weekends and we had to work alot by ourselves

i wendt there with a circle of friends... another story... in the university year 1992-3 i created a workshop, maybe about 80 people, playing dancing having fun, and learning other ways of colaboration, creativity self awareness and how to develop own skills and interests

from this 80people about 13 were very close to me, so many of us, went to that seminar. One of my friends form this time ended up becomming a R Steiner school teacher... I wanted to study eurythmy... which is also a way to express through the body the geometry of the energy that manifests becouse our emotions intentions thoughts and sunds...for example dance songs and poems, not as improvization but representation of the geometries in the energy thoise sounds creates... i loved it for self disocvery arts or healing...

but i found the antrophosofy community to limited, they just followed what R Steiner wrote, didint think or feel by themselves any more and will not accept new innitiatives or explore new and old ways as i was naturally doing all the time.... so i did choose to go my way! and i left the idea of becomming an eurhthmy teacher in 1997...for that time i was already traveling to southamerica back from europe, and started a 5 years trip applying my own know how...

it was fun...

well, at the waldorf pedagogy training they told to me and to few of my friends that we were waldorf children, becouse it was so natural to us to learn in that environment... we did enjoy and heal the years of school and university we had in the past...
this happedn in 1995, any way, as i said, i found myself, after few years in 1998, i will have alot more freedom by creating a new space where free people could meet and colaborate!

but i had also my own ways, i created that workshop in university, and suggested a space where we did think feel and grow freely, integrated disciplines, filosophies and produced our own wisdom and triggered our multiple potentialities... we did really start inner work later on, discovering colelctive consicousness and the way to open inner doors to our selves...

i decided to leave engineering and move on, working in human factor, colaboration communication cocreativity and sustainble living in an holistic and multidimensional way... i understood, nature give us a ground! of experience and communication beyond differences of cultures or religions...and that each of us have access to own spiritual pathway...so i took mine and travel

after some years ended up in my old town where i did receive the invitation to offer some lectures to the students and parents of my highschool, also to facilitate skills to teachers : experiential learning! so i did, also offer some lectures to teacher sof other schools and form university

in my university i did finally colaborate motivating a group of multidiscplinary studies...the leader of that group managed years later to suggest and participate in teh creation of an office at the university dedicated to multidsciplinary studies...

i felt better after those changes....

the EM Academy offers something unique i will share with you :) i found another way to bring personal transformation and healing for us, after school....

and the design for the application fo elements management for children is ready a nice booklet that help teachers and parents of indigos star seeds and all of us wayseers to facilitate experiential free environments for self learning and self education... and enter the field of colaborative learning!

healing from a controlled world where our true being was opressed, into a world we freely create and utilize all our potentiality! express our true nature!

It is a time for change and it is truelly absurd we dedicate and limit ourselves with money!

so i do not understand why we enter companies and professions that are just an extension of those limitations and controls and opression from school or university...

i felt i wont support that nor dedicate efforts to help cmpanies to shift, while there are many people with similar experiences i had that is aware and ready to try new ways, something new for learning and colaborating and creating a sustainable way of living that was never available before

so i created the EM Academy and the EMHS Network... and here i am :)

hey dawn , im megan im 13 years old and hate school so much i cry myself to sleep evernight , i have been begging my mum and dad everynight to get me homeschooled i want to work from home on my laptop , please help me i am desperate i dont what else to do i just need some one to tell me what i have to do in order to get home -educated
